Levi’s Water<Less Jeans

Overview

MYOO Agency has collaborated with Levi Strauss & Co on their Water<Less™ Jeans campaign. The MYOO team brought together a network of filmmakers and artists to produce a 2 minute shareable film and a series of factual illustrations in order to alert a wider audience to the global water crisis and what Levi Strauss & Co are doing to reduce its water usage. Launching in March 2011, Levi Strauss & Co intends to provide access to excess by distributing clean water to communities in need around the world.

RESULTS

The campaign is still in progress and completes May 2011 – so results coming soon!

NINJA GLUE

OVERVIEW

An organic compound utilising otherwise discarded cashew nut husks and sugar cane. Initially designed to provide secondary bonding for the Plastiki vessel, the adhesive has numerous possible applications.

RESULTS

MYOO Labs is active in bringing Ninja Glue to market, currently under-going further R&D it is our aim to provide an alternative, real world solution to the toxic glues available on the market today.

SERETEX

OVERVIEW

MYOO Labs created Seretex as a result of material development for the Plastiki.  Seretex is a fully recyclable, strong and durable self reinforced PET, replicating properties akin to fibreglass. Seretex was the primary material used in the Plastiki’s build and was proved effective during the 8,300 mile journey across the Pacific Ocean.

RESULTS

MYOO Labs is active in bringing Seretex to market with the development for a multitude of different products, constructions and applications, providing a real world solution to the monster hybrid that is fibreglass.

Crème de la Mer

OVERVIEW

MYOO Agency was briefed to produce a compelling Crème de la Mer brand film telling the story of Crème de la Mer’s passion for ocean conservation and the brand’s relationship with global NGO, Oceana. MYOO produced and directed an engaging film narrative that reflects and brings to life both Crème de la Mer and Oceana’s key messaging, MYOO Productions recruited January Jones to both feature in and narrate the film.

RESULTS

Crème de la Mer showcased the film online and through retail channels to celebrate World Oceans Days 2010.

Nike Camp Hatfield

OVERVIEW

MYOO Agency collaborated with Nike to create an action packed event camp experience for Nike’s action sports athletes at Camp Hatfield. The aim of the camp was to provide a practical experience designed to inform, inspire and empower the athletes on environmental and social issues. We bought together a group of the most exciting and inspiring speakers and visionaries to interact, work and engage with the athletes.

RESULTS

Camp was fuelled by curiosity and innovation for life and was deemed a huge success by Nike.  Everybody involved left feeling uplifted and inspired, ready to tackle the social and environmental issues closest to their hearts.  The second camp will take place in the summer of 2011.

Levi’s Care to Air

OVERVIEW

MYOO Create hosted the ‘Care to Air’ Design Challenge supporting the existing Levi’s CSR campaign to reduce the life cycle impact of Levi’s products. The brief was to help Levi’s in their ambitious effort to reduce the environmental impact of their products by setting the brief to seek the world’s most innovative, covetable, and sustainable air-drying solution for clothing with a prize fund of $10,000.

RESULTS

150+ unique media hits. 450+ digital sources linking in. 100,000 + people visited the challenge page. 140+ submissions. 5,000+ participants.

Levis Water<Less March Video Release

Over the past four months, MYOO Agency has consulted with Levi’s® on its exciting new Water<Less™ Jeans campaign.  Bringing together a network of talented filmmakers and artists, the MYOO team has produced  a series of shareable films and fun illustrations alerting people to facts about our global water crisis. This week will also mark the release of a new sharable video shot when NYC turned Water<Less™ on World Water day 2011.

World Water Day – Imagine a Water<Less™ World

World Water Day 2011 marked the day when the Levi’s® brand pledged to donate over 200 million liters of clean drinking water to communities around the world in collaboration with Water.org and to launch this Levi’s and Water.org compelled New Yorkers to “Imagine a Water<Less™ World. MYOO was the creative agency that helped Levi’s bring the campaign to life and have been their creative agency on the Water<Less™ campaign.
