Wikipedia goes dark
To protest the "Stop Internet Piracy Act" (SOPA) Wikipedia will go dark on Wednesday. The bill will make it illegal to link to any sites that offer copyrighted material and, says Wikipedia co-founder Jimmy Wales, it would enable censorship and be a violation of first-amendment rights.

If you live in San Francisco and bank with Bank Of America, you may find something odd has happened to your local ATM. Activists from RAN hijacked all ATMs within the city, turning them into Automated Truth Machines, which offers a list of everything BoA customers’ money is being used for such as 'Fund Executive Bonuses' and 'Invest In Coal Fired Power Plants' instead of the usual options.
